Goals

 

I have developed my program to be a GPP program, however there are a few goals that the program will focus on to a greater degree.

Back Squat 245 x 5

Squat Clean 180#

50 consecutive pullups

These goals have not yet been tested, I may be very close to some of them, or very far. The program will test these three goals, and throughout hopefully improve strength so that when tested again there is some improvement.
